    Answer: No only if the window is lifted. You would need a glass break sensor for that.

    Answer: My coverage area is about 4600 sq ft.... base unit is on main floor I have sensors in basement and main level.... they work great
  • Question: I just purchased the new haven system that says it's the 2018 new version. will this sensor work with my system?

    Answer: I'm not familiar with the New Haven system. But this sensor definitely works with the latest Simpli Safe version. Not the older version. If you don't have Simpli Safe then don't purchase this sensor. You have to program the sensor into the Simpli safe software.
  • Question: How far apart can the sensors be on door frame molding to door?

    Answer: My system says 2”, the greatest distance of any sensor I have found.
  • Question: The entry sensor (second generation) shown on here for $46, is that for a single sensor or multiple and if multiple how many??

    Answer: single sensor for $46.
