The pressure cooker reaches and maintains the pressure level required for canning Tissue culture media. It comes with different sized silicone gaskets and is great for cooking beans, rice, other grains, and even tough cuts of meat. However, the canning rack for setting jars on is sold separately. It is also not recommended for canning mason jars as steam leaks through the handle.
