The servings are listed as two servings per pouch, under 200 calories each, and gluten-free. The noodles can be rinsed, dried out, and then cooked with suggested toppings for optimal flavour. The noodles have helped some customers lose weight, but some found them to be flavourless and too expensive, at $4 or more per pouch. The sodium content is also high. Some customers had delivery issues, while others enjoyed the various meals and found the health benefits to be extraordinary.
