Users can keep an eye on filter status and tank pressure to avoid surprises of no drinking water. There were some complaints that the threads leak regardless of how much Teflon tape is used. One user had to add a rubber gasket to stop the gauge from leaking. Another user felt disappointed that the product was not entirely 3/8" in tubing/connections. Notwithstanding, the product has done its job for around six months after purchase.
