Answer: Unit is not heavy at all, when full weighs approximately 12 pound. I purchased the two gallon size and it came with a strap. -

Are there any parts in the pump that could melt in high heat and if so is it possible to remove the pump easily? Going to try to make a pipe forge jig
Answer: You can remove whole pump by turning counterclock wise by a 1/4 turn and out it comes. -

I've lost the instruction manual - how do you fill it? Do you have to remove the hand pump first? I can see no way to get into the main body of the pump.
Answer: Push the handle all the way down and turn it counterclockwise until you free the pump mechanism and pull it out. Then you pour in whatever liquid you wish to spray. and reverse the order you used to open it. Turn it in tight and be careful to not lose the rubber washer in the process. Use the handle pumping up and down until the pressure comes up. Stop pumping before your gauge gets into the red or the relief valve will pop open. Check all connections for leaks and tighten if necessary. Then you are ready to adjust the nozzle to the spray pattern you desire. I recommend plain water for your first trial run so you can learn.
