SEM Clear Coats 17203 Editorial Review

The SEM 17203 Shale Classic Coat has garnered significant praise from customers for its effectiveness in rejuvenating faded and worn seat upholstery. Users have reported transformative results, particularly on vehicles that have seen better days, such as older Cadillac models. One customer noted that after applying the product along with SEM 39362 Soap, their beat-up Cadillac Escalade seats were revitalized, making them presentable for family visits. The precision in color matching has also been frequently highlighted, with many users expressing satisfaction that the product closely aligns with their original seat colors, from 1996 Cadillac Deville to 2004 Escalade seats. However, despite its effective performance, some users have indicated that the SEM coat does not provide the same level of coverage as conventional spray paints. This has led to recommendations for multiple coats, prompting buyers to purchase extra cans for larger jobs. Customers advise thorough cleaning before application for optimal results and have generally found the product to deliver on its claims, earning it a solid reputation in the market for upholstery restoration. **
