Neither the included cable nor the USB audio dongle included are going to work correctly. People who complained about the low volume level of the mic tried to use it as provided, which is not a proper setup. It is compatible with Mac and Android but not with PS4 or phones. It requires phantom power and works better for "close range" communication.
