    Answer: The smell is very faint, not nearly as strong as some of the other topical creams on the market. What smell there is seems to go away quickly after application.

    Answer: Perhaps! A friend of ours had severe back pain and it helped him immediately. We do not know if was a strain or a cramp.
  • Question: What are the contents?

    Answer: I believe that the contents are Homeopathic in nature. I have used it for years and found that it gets rid of cramps almost immediately. I found that if you apply it before you go to bed, it keeps the cramps away. Works great.
  • Question: What is the shelf life?

    Answer: Mine doesn't seem to last long enough to worry about shelf life. I am always careful to put the lid on very tightly because I don't want any to evaporate.I presume it would last for quitue a while if It's not opened. I use mine pretty quickly, so I don't have to worry about that.
  • Question: What are the ingredients in cramp 911?

    Answer: Cuprum Metallicum and Magnesa Sulfate. I play tennis and tried this roll on when I started cramping. Meh. I agree with one of the other responses that Hyland's Leg Cramps works better. I cramped another time during a tennis match. Instead of Cramp 911, I took the Hyland Leg Cramps pills, I was able to finish my match. With Cramp 911 - I could not finish my tennis match and forfeited due to leg cramping.
  • Question: Does this work for general leg cramps due to marathon running and long distance cycling? Thanks

    Answer: I have no idea because I am not a runner, but what I can tell you is: this stuff works!!! I used to get horrible night cramps in the middle of the night, but when I first used this 911 roll on, it stopped the excruciating pain and I have had the same immediate results within seconds.I have only had one other episode of leg cramps at night and I have been given the same immediate results within seconds. I keep that roll on bottle close by my bed, all the time now....It's a little pricey but worth every bit of the price. Hope this convinced you of the guaranteed relief you will receive...
