The Skechers Women's Squad Sr Food Service Shoe is a comfortable and sturdy shoe suitable for work, especially for those in the food service industry. They are not steel toed but the shoes have a leather-like material in black and are lace-up with slip-resistant soles which make it easy to move on wet surfaces. The cushioned insoles are lightly glued in with tacky glue, but they can be easily removed to accommodate custom-made insoles. The toe box may not be roomy enough for wide feet, so it's advisable to order a wide width if you have wider feet. The tongue is made of sturdy fabric, not mesh. These shoes are true to size, you don't have to go up or down a size.
