The rock gray color of the planter gives it a textured appearance. It has excellent drainage and a suitable depth that is great for most flowers and herbs. Though it does not come with a water catch dish or a bottom plate, it has a drain plug. It is very sturdy and not made of light plastic. This planter box could be used for growing small plants until they are big enough for their pots. It comes without hooks, mounts, or any mounting hardware, but they can be mounted on a wall if suitable brackets are found. They are versatile and can be used on balconies, decks, terraces, and window seals.
