Answer: Clean the tire sidewall with Acetone, apply a thin even layer of glue on the backside of the letters, place the decal on the clean section of the tire, and apply even pressure for 1-2 minutes. Remove the clear transfer to reveal clean letters and let dry for 2 hours. -
