The motor depth can be manually adjusted, and it even has a feature where you can record your trolling pass and retrace it if you have the compatible Humminbird unit. This enables you to use the Ultrex features to the fullest. It comes with a 30ft Ethernet cable that will connect directly to a Solix unit and any Helix G2N units. However, there are other Humminbird units that will work but will require an adapter, and it will also connect directly to a Humminbird Ethernet Switch for easy control. This trolling motor is an improvement on the previous models, and it's straightforward to install with a foot pedal that operates just like the fortrex, but easier to steer.
