    Answer: The UV light is enclosed, BUT there are small slits in the enclosure where the UV light escapes into the machine and hits the back of the filter. The UV light WILL and DOES degrade the back of the filter putting holes in it. Eventually, this degradation will make the polypropylene layer airborne looking like white dust in the room.
  • Question: How do I order the black color purifier?
