The Aerosoles Women's Ella Mule is a stylish and fashionable shoe that may not be suitable for everyone. The mules have a great look but unfortunately rub against the back of some customers' heels. The shoes are named mules, but some customers are returning them because of the rubbing issue. The shoe is very stiff and heavier than expected, making it unsuitable for all-day wear. On the plus side, some customers say that the shoe felt comfortable, but unfortunately, it was too short for some feet. The shoes are available in two colours, but one customer would have preferred the shoe to be all black instead of having a white sole. Overall, the Aerosoles Women's Ella Mule might work for some customers, but be aware of the rubbing issue and the shoes being stiff and heavy.
