With a universal fit for MTBs, it can easily mount to a mountain bike with tire sizes ranging from 27.5" to 29". Additionally, it provides extender options to fit tire widths ranging from 2.2" to 3". The mudguard is easy to install using Velcro straps, and it creates a strong connection to the bike. The product is even sturdier than it appears, and it can easily fit underneath the back rack, providing a good amount of tire clearance. The rubber guide rails successfully keep the fender in place, preventing it from shifting or moving during a ride. However, some customers have reported that the mudguard may crack if flexed by the rear suspension geometry. While the product looks like it could be flimsy, it is still a great purchase made in Germany.
