The input/output voltage of our DPS ranges from 200V to 240V, accommodating a wide range of motor configurations. To ensure a seamless connection, please ensure that the voltage of your motor is set to 200V-240V (Delta wiring). In case your motor's voltage is 380V or 440V, you will need to adjust the wiring to match the output of our DPS. Safety is our top priority.
We recommend using wires of suitable thickness for the amperes to ensure secure and reliable connections. Please note that our DPS is only compatible with single phase motor brake systems. Three-phase motor brakes will not work with our converter. During operation, you can easily check the three-phase output from our DPS when your motor is running.
However, if your motor is not running, you won't be able to observe the three-phase output. In case your motor has a magnetic starter, electronic switch, or brake, be sure to connect the operating wires on "U" and "W" of the DPS's output. If you encounter any issues such as motor malfunction or reversal, promptly turn off the power and swap the wires on the DPS's output (U, V, W).
