Answer: These LED side marker lamps do not fit on 2005 Mini Cooper. It is only for 2006-2013 Mini Cooper. -

Will it fit mini roadster 2013. I dont what is 1st or second gen.
Answer: Yes, should fit. Just that the fitting is not as good as the original. -
Question:
Does the car needs to be coded in order for these to not show a bulb error or hyperflash? I have a F56 base model
Answer: The connection is different for 2015 year F56. -
Question:
Will these fit 2006 mini convertible base model? Also, how difficult are they to install?
Answer: If buy the one’s specifically for r50-r53 2001-2006, it should fit just fine. Installation was really easy, slide your old lense to the back, disconnect the connector, connect the connector directly to the new one, and slide the new lense forward. -
Question:
Hard to install?
Answer: Not at all. Just raise the hood and place your hand on the scuttle (the light housing) and pull forward. It will take a little more pressure than you think and you will hear a snapping sound as the scuttle comes off. The old marker lamp ( the one your replacing) will stay attached so take care not to pull the wires too much. Unplug the old marker lamp from the car wiring and secure the car wiring with tape to the side of the car otherwise it will fall into the car and you will have to fish it out. Turn the scuttle over and you will see a metal clip holding the marker lamp in place. Move the metal clip forward to release the marker lamp and push it out of the scuttle. The new marker lamp will pop in with a snap. Plug the wire on the new marker lamp in to the car wiring and reinstall the scuttle by placing one hand on the scuttle pushing inward and the other hand sliding the scuttle back into place. You will hear a snapping sound when it is attached. Before you reinstall the scuttle, check to see if the LEDs are lit by turning on the directional signals. If they are not lighting check the connection to the car wiring. -

Does bulb lock in
Answer: Hello there! To install the LED side marker you would have to remove your original bulb out of the socket and replace it with the T-10 adapter. -
Question:
2009 s s the bulb fixture supposed to twist and lock in like OEM? If not looks like it will just flop around inside the body.
Answer: You open the hood, push the side scuttle in and back, scuttle pops out. Unplug blinker wire, pop out lens, put new lens in and plug wire in, put scuttle in slots, push in and forward. 5 minutes and done. No issues works and looks great -
