Answer: I have this kit on a 3090, it works flawlessly. But the 12vHPWR version will not work on the 3080. Asiahorse has a product for the PCIe 4.0 connector and its best bang for the buck, very nice quality cables and great premium look\feel. Just make sure you order the version with 3 PCIe cables, they have a kit with only 2.
