The Premium Coaxial Cable Cutter/Prepping Tool is designed to cut and strip various types of cables ranging from RG59, RG6, RG7, and RG11 to category cables such as CAT6, CAT5, and CAT3. It is a versatile tool that can handle different types of cables, making it ideal for professional use. However, some customers had different experiences with the tool. There were concerns about the cutter head falling out of the tool when a cable is inserted. Customers had to tape the head to the tool to prevent it from falling. A few customers also complained about the instructions being covered by a large sticker that couldn't be removed. Some customers had issues with the two blades at the rear of the tool. The blades in the photo were for flat cables, not CAT 3 and CAT 5 as shown. This discrepancy caused confusion amongst customers. One customer found the tool worked well but discovered that it could only strip larger cables, not the smaller ones. Another customer reported that the tool broke after trying to use it a few times, and it could not be reassembled.
