- Jorkar External SSD Enclosure for MacBook 12+16 Pin Solid State Drives A1466 A1465 A1398 A1502 listed in the description from 2013 to 2017. Please check if your SSD is supported before ordering (Important).
- No SSD, only the case. Not compatible with all 3rd party SATA SSDs or SSDs. If you want to use an SSD on a Windows, you should format it first. On Windows, the hard drive is not available on "This computer" / "My computer", search your drive via "Disk Management".
- Jorkar USB C 3.2 SSD enclosures support transfer speeds of up to 20Gbps, if both your SSD and computer support 20Gbps, use the USB 3.2 Gen2 interface. Or, depending on your SSD and computer, only 10Gbps or 5Gbps.
- Jorkar 12+16pin SSD enclosures are sturdy and mobile, and aluminum enclosures suffer faster. To prevent the connection from being disconnected from your Mac or PC, we recommend that you disable the "put drive to sleep as much as possible" option in the battery and power adapters.
- Importantly, if you have the problem "The hard drive cannot eject properly", try to "eject" the hard drive with the right mouse button, unplug the USB cable and insert the copy file again.
- Some Apple desktop and notebook USB interfaces are insufficient, cannot recognize the SSD enclosure, or easy to disconnect, you can buy a dock ASIN B0FP28WBS9 or USB hub.
