Answer: The Launchkey 25 has a USB B port on board and comes with a USB B to USB A cable. If your MacBook has USB C ports then you will need a USB A to USB C adapter or hub to connect the device. -

Is the trs to midi din adapter included in the box please?
Answer: The Launchkey MK3 does not need a TRS to Midi adapter as it has a 5 pin midi port on the back of the unit. -

Answer: Yes, chrome OS accepts the use of midi devices including the Launchkey. The bundled software may not be compatible with Chrome OS at this time but there will be some chrome-based applications that accept the use of midi devices. -

Will this plug into an imac through the usb port?
Answer: Yes, Launchkey 25 MK3 will connect to a iMac through the USB port. The USB connection will power the Launchkey 25 MK3. -

Hi does this work with Cubasis 3 on an iPad Pro?
Answer: There should be no problem using this with Cubasis. The Launchkey, when connected to an iPad will send MIDI data over USB, so as long as Cubase is set to receive external MIDI data, this should work without issue. -

Is this compatible with Roland Cloud?
Answer: Roland Cloud is a subscription based platform, allowing you to access Roland plug-ins and apps. Some of these plug-ins are software instruments you can load into major DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations). The Launchkey outputs MIDI data which will be interpreted by your DAW and allow you play the Roland software instruments. I'd recommend getting started with Ableton Live Lite which comes with the Launchkey and will host your Roland plug-ins - the Launchkey has the best integration with Ableton Live, but does work with other DAWs.
